Preamble The child learns through play, experiencing a series of situations in which an existing world is brought to life only in illustrations and in the texts of fairy-tales – possibly nurtured until that moment in his / her fantasy – but with the inherent threat that the enchanted world may vanish owing to contact with reality.
To this end, boys and girls who come on the tour may also take part in certain initiatives (those of you who have already done so will notice some innovations). |

In the 6th Century B. C., the Boii, a Celtic people, came down from the Alps and settled in our lands, attracted by a warm climate and two particular products: the grape for making wine and figs. This activity is related to the survival of our rural traditions and the cycle of the harvest. It is recommended for nursery and primary schools. In September it is possible to take children to press the grape in the vats. With bare feet, they will press the grape and take the must (with grape stalks) home. Bring a hand-towel to dry the children’s feet and a petrol can to take the must to school for fermentation. Cost: € 8.00 per child.
